1. Who we are

The Aleph Frequency ("the Program") is offered by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we," "us," "our"), located at [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the sales website at thealephfrequency.online, the member area at access.thealephfrequency.online, and all audio, written, and digital materials we provide (together, "the Services").

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase or use the Services. The Services are intended for residents of the United States.

3. What you are buying

The Aleph Frequency is a digital program sold for a one-time payment of $37. There is no subscription attached to the core Program. It includes:

• A personalized Dead Letter Reading, generated from the full name and date of birth you enter.
• Three audio sequences for your letter (Clear, Tune, and Hold), about 9 minutes each.
• A 21-day protocol and the Signal Log.
• The bonuses described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

During checkout and immediately after it, you may be offered optional add-ons: an order bump, one-time upsell products, and a monthly membership called The Resonance Circle. Each add-on is optional, is described on its own offer page, and is charged only if you choose it. The Resonance Circle is a recurring membership billed at $27 per month after a 30-day free trial, as described in Section 6.

4. Payment and the payment processor

Payments are processed by third-party payment platforms (such as JVZoo), which may act as the merchant of record or authorized reseller for your purchase. This means the charge on your statement may display the processor's name rather than ours, and your payment is also subject to the processor's own terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full card number.

Prices are shown in US dollars. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, unless the payment processor collects them at checkout.

5. Access and delivery

Access details are sent by email, usually within 5 minutes of purchase. If you do not receive them, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact [email protected].

Your access is personal. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your login, resell, redistribute, publicly post, record, or copy the materials, in whole or in part.

6. The Resonance Circle membership

If you join The Resonance Circle:

• Your membership starts with a 30-day free trial.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you authorize a recurring charge of $27 per month to the payment method you provided, starting at the end of the trial and repeating every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or by using the cancellation option provided by the payment processor, if available.
• Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

7. Scheduled sessions

Some optional products may include a scheduled live session. Scheduling details are provided after purchase. If you miss a scheduled session without notice, we may not be able to reschedule it.

8. Intellectual property

All content in the Services, including audio, text, readings, worksheets, designs, names, and logos, is owned by or licensed to [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. If we end your access for reasons other than a violation, we will handle any refund according to the Refund Policy.

The Program is a personal, reflective audio practice. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not religious instruction. Please read the Results and Earnings Disclaimer, the Health and Wellness Disclaimer, and the Spiritual and Cultural Content Notice, which form part of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the refund guarantee described in the Refund Policy, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any specific result from using the Services.

12. Limitation of liability
