Refund Policy

1. The 30-day guarantee
Every purchase is covered by a 30-day, unconditional money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, send one email to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. No questions asked, and you do not need to explain why.
2. What the guarantee covers
The guarantee applies to:
- The Aleph Frequency front-end program ($37).
- The optional order bump.
- Each optional one-time upsell or downsell product.
Each product is covered for 30 days from the date you purchased that specific product. You can request a refund for one product or for all of them.
3. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout, or include that address in your message.
- Tell us which purchase or purchases you want refunded. If you are not sure, just say "refund everything" and we will identify the purchases on your account.
- We will confirm by email once the refund has been submitted.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to your original payment method through the payment processor (such as JVZoo). We cannot send refunds to a different card, account, or person. Once a refund is submitted, it usually appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When a refund is processed, access to the refunded product ends.
5. The Resonance Circle membership
- You can cancel The Resonance Circle at any time by emailing [email protected].
- If you cancel before day 30 of your free trial, you will not be charged.
- If you cancel after a monthly charge, cancellation stops all future charges. If you contact us within 30 days of a monthly charge and ask for that charge to be refunded, we will refund it under the same guarantee.
- After cancellation, you will not be billed again unless you rejoin.
6. Chargebacks
If something is wrong with a charge, please email us first. Refund requests sent to support are usually faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback may result in your access being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
